In this job role as a Pre Sales associate,I am responsible for finding the potential and prospect customers who can be converted into future customers of Byju’s. This is an individual contributor role. My daily responsibilities will entail qualification of Leads, by calling them and achieving the following-
1) Engage in all stages of Pre-sales lifecycle for discovery calls, pre-bid demos.
2) Briefing them about the program they have selected or shown interest in.
3) Generate interest in counseling sessions for BYJU’S classes. On average you will be dialing 200 to 250 calls in a day.
Need to understand the customers and the candidate should be capable of multitasking in this role.
4) Setting up scheduled Demos or Online meetings of prospects with our Academic Counselors
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Primary content development work will be of well-explained solutions (in step-by-step manner) to unsolved end-chapter exercises in university textbooks.
2. Work will include reviewing of the content created by other SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality.
3.Question Framing with solutions.
4.To keep check on Plagiarism.
5.Ensuring strict adherence to the existing process and looking for ways of improving it.
7. Preparing error free content.
8. Meeting targets within deadlines.
