3.Maintain data for complete recruitment process and prepare recruitment dashboards for timely reporting.
4.Resource Management and Allocation.
5.Actively making dynamic employee data sheets.
6.Vendor Management: Recruitment Consultants. Conducting exit interviews and coordinating smooth exit for employees.
7.Contribute for employee engagement, retention strategies, grievance handling and exit analysis.
8.Act as an POC and build influential candidate relationships during selection process.
9.Familiar with HR Databases, Applicant tracking system, HRIS and HRM Tools.
