Carried out extensive primary research through telephonic surveys and interviews with 94 retailers from across the country to map replacement pattern, buying behavior, WTP and FUD. Tailored a strategic roadmap using customer personas based on research analysis to increase market share to 20% using driver engagement programs and digital outreach programs., 2022

Make A Difference, IIMT - Emerged as best group project for Make a Difference initiative among 300+ students. Teamed up with an NGO based in Kerala to empower local communities through education on repurposing water hyacinth into valuable products, thereby preserving the water bodies.
