• Designed and developed end-to-end flow of Dashboard Ticketing alongside other developers who built payment gateway, critical feature that enhanced customer adoption and led to incremental revenue.
• Integrated Ticketing section with user’s Stripe Payment account (part of user KYC), adding different ticketing types, which involved data funnel, CRUD operations, individual field validations and error management according to Strip user account type and standards.
• By decreasing redundancy and improving graceful degradation, I was able to reduce number of user-reported issues by substantial proportion.

Work and responsibilities at Oyo:

• Forked, revamped and managed a React Native application which enabled the business developers of Oyo to onboard the house owners to its ecosystem.
• Built an entirely new ReactJS based web application for revenue management dashboard to cater the needs of business developers and managers to review, manage and provide deal approvals.
• Lead a team of web development interns involved in the development and management of the React Native application and web dashboard application.

Here I worked as frontend engineer, where I built sales processes related sections.

The core activities in an everyday basis includes:

• Collaborated with the UX designer and the backend engineers to come up with a user-friendly WYSIWYG UI.
• Redesigned the existing UI to better adapt to responsiveness of the website (for desktop versions)
• Came up with test suites related to E2E, Integrations and Unit testing to provide seamless experience for the users.
• Implemented graceful degradation to prevent bad user experience during catastrophic failures.

Gluster File System (Redhat Storage) - distributed file system

• Contributed to Gluster File System - scale-out network-attached storage file system.
• Fixed coverity bugs and contributed to logging framework newly introduced.
• Conducted workshop on Basic Linux and Gluster File System at Nitte Engineering College.
• Developed gluster file system commands for Ansible, which was merged to core ansible community.

This tenure has provided invaluable insight in the effective operation of developing and creating software solutions with respect to storage industry (i.e.Red Hat Storage-RHS).
