LNG Desk – Setting Up LNG desk, which transformed and expanded the market presence of Hopp in the LNG market and successfully concluding Time charter and spot fixture.

• Establishing relationship with new LNG players who are in small scale LNG business such as Easy LNG, Saga LNG.
• Presenting charterer or shipper's business proposal to potential clients.
• Negotiating on behalf of clients to get better terms, rates or conditions.
• Impaneling company with new clients.
• Negotiation of freight rates and other terms, drafting of charter parties & amendments for clients.

SNP Desk- Creating a moderate environment between buyer and seller and/or shipyard and assisting both sides to achieve favorable ground to conclude business.

• Locating potential buyer/Seller of vessels. Establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
• Preparing and negotiating MOA (agreement, contract).
• Providing assistance during whole process till vessel is delivered.
• Guiding clients with current market to help them take informed decision.
• Making weekly SNP reports for clients to keep them posted on market.
• Delivered exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions

• Providing student housing to International student.
• Managed over 100 clients on weekly basis and executing sales through regular and different modes of interactions with students/other parties from across globe.
