• DDL Change Deployment – Designed and implemented a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub, Liquibase, CyberArk, and Jenkins, enabling application teams to independently execute DDL changes on Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Disaster Recovery Testing – Developing a self-service tool that empowers application teams to perform DR testing without DBA involvement
• Database Refresh & Data Obfuscation – Building an automated pipeline leveraging Delphix to facilitate end-to-end database refresh and masking, that can be directly initiated by application teams.
• Outcome – Reduced DBA dependency during off-hours by 80%, resulting in improved operational efficiency, time savings, and cost optimization

Delphix VDB Automation

• Developed a Python-based solution leveraging Delphix API calls to automate the start/stop of Virtual Databases (VDBs) and perform validation during server and database maintenance activities
• Outcome – Saved 33 hours of manual work per month by streamlining routine operational tasks

Application Scorecard

• Served as a core contributor in designing and developing a scalable scoring framework to assess applications across diverse criteria, such as database availability, recoverability, performance, monitoring and alerting, security and compliance etc. ensuring alignment with database standards and best practices.
• Developed validation probes using Shell scripting and PL/SQL to automate compliance checks
• Utilized GitHub and Liquibase for version control and schema change management within an Agile delivery model
• Leveraged Power BI to visualize score trends and enable drill-down analytics for actionable insights
• Automated the end-to-end workflow including data collection, score computation, and dynamic probe deployment using Jenkins pipelines

• Near Zero Downtime Database Migration and Upgrade using Oracle Goldengate Bi-Directional Replication.
• Configured Oracle Enterprise Manager Monitoring for Goldengate
• Installed and configured Veridata tool to monitor and fix data discrepancies. Tuned the compare jobs for enhanced performance.
• Handled App DBA related tasks for one of the most critical Applications, which was configured with Bi-Directional GG for High Availability. This includes day-to-day DBA activities such as understanding the application design and data requirements, providing apt data solutions, Performance tuning etc.
