Responsibilities:

• Analyze Project milestone and circulate information to team to adhere on timeline.
• Monitor milestone as per project requirement to present status in Project review meeting.
• Monitor for new parts readiness, Prototype parts, Tool Development milestone for Car program build without delay with respect to agreed timeline.
• Analyze BOM structure and Vehicle configuration in system for new project and check for correct release in system for car build.
• Ensure correct release of final 3D & 2D data in system as per project Milestone with defined release process.
• Co-ordinate with Customer for timely review on project milestone.
• Ensure all systems, trainings and documents available within team.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time by resolving all operational issues support project.
• Responsible for providing technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal engineering functions.
• Involved in product design and development of Front & Rear bumper assembly, Upper grille, Front End Module & exterior/interior trim parts.
• Responsible for engineering deliverables including product design, drawings checking, product specification and DFMEA etc.
• Checking Class, A surface for Tooling feasibility and Vehicle Regulation for Bumper trim parts and Fender Badge.
• 2D/3D Data checking for quality and customer STD/requirement.
• Responsible for project deliverables, release data in KVS/Connect by coordinating with supplier to achieve milestone.
• Interface between customer & offshore team.
• Understanding Product requirement.
• Integration with customer SPOC & CFT.
• Planning as per project plan.
• Design Support to offshore team.
• Supplier coordination support (Global).

Technical Skill:

• Experience in design & development of Plastic products such as Front /Rear Bumper, Fender Camera,Wheel Arch Liner, Wheel Arch Cladding's ,Closing Part (End Plate), Fender Badge &Scuff plate design (Automotive)
• Good with Catia V5- Surfacing, part modeling, Assembly design etc.
• Good Knowledge of DFMEA/DVP/GD&T /Stack Up.

Lower Grill, Top Grill for Mahindra Scorpio.

Front Bumper of TATA MOTORS.

Front Bumper Spoiler for SKODA.

Top Grill and Tow Hook for BMW.

Responsibilities:

• Checking the styling feasibility, Concept & Detail design.
• Preparing master sections for Locating, Fixation, Critical areas,
  Gap & flush conditions
• Design & Development by considering tooling feasibility.
• Creation & modification of B side features, flanges.
• Experience and Knowledge about manufacturability helps in creating
  feasible design.
• Responsible for creation of Engineering BOM.
• Development of master section.
• Development of technical parts.
• Responsible for the quality delivery of data to customer.
• Customer interaction

Front Bumper of TATA MOTORS

Rear Bumper of TATA MOTORS.

Head /Tail Lamp Design for Automotive Lighting, Valeo (USA).

Responsibilities:

• Creation of B surface from received A surface as an Input.
• Design & Development of B side features like Dog house, Snaps, Ribs.
• Design of Head Lamp (like Lens, Housing, Reflector and Light Guide).
• Design and mounting of Light Guide with respect to LED positions.
• Design of Rear Lamp (like Lens, Housing, Reflector, PCB etc.) from concept design till Tooling Kick off.
• Vibration welding rib creation for lens and as in housing.
• Checking of Tooling Feasibility.
• Assembly and part Drawings Creation as per the customer requirements.
• Design of locators and mountings as per 3-2-1 principle.
• DMU check for clearance with environment parts.
