Working in blasting and explosives cell of research and development department. My work includes

1) conducting scientific studies to asses the impact of blast induced ground vibrations on nearby structures which are belonging and not belonging to the owner

2) periodical random testing of SME explosives and accessories to test the quality parameters

3) development of ML based predictive models to predict the blast induced ground vibrations by incorporating physio mechanical and blast design parameters

4) assisting the opencast mine management in optimisation of blast design to get good fragmentation with high powder factor

5) making policy matters related to explosives

As a Shift incharge:

1) leading around 200 workmen and motivating workmen towards enhancing the safety and coal production.

2) working as a ventilation officer to assist mine manger for delivering fresh air to work place in

1)Working as senior engineer-Mining to look after the mineral processing plant situated at CODLI iron ore open cast mine.
