Build and maintain relationships with these vendors to ensure good deals and support.

Purchase Order Creation & Management: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services according to the organization's needs.

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of IT assets (e.g., computers, servers, networking equipment, and software licenses), ensuring that sufficient stock levels are maintained without over-purchasing.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, and licensing agreements. Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.

Budget Tracking: Work closely with the finance team to monitor IT procurement budgets and ensure spending aligns with company expectations.
