- Creating of the dashboards for tracking of the SPI & SPT.
- Carry out audits and surveillance/ inspections in accordance with the regulatory requirements of Cabin (A320 & B737), Ground, Ramp, Cargo and Medical facility.
- Manage the regulatory Safety Audit programme as a Lead Auditor.This includes preparation for external audits (by regulators), management of the internal audits and subsequent management to closure of all findings.

- Manage the internal safety reporting portal including assigning, investigating, feedback and closure of reports.
- Provides safety briefings, SMS brief to personnel involved in safety functions/activities.
- Develops inputs for aviation safety/audits budget.
- Maintains the aviation safety database and ensures that information is recorded in accordance with the established procedures and deadlines.
- Develops inputs for the Aviation Emergency Response Plan and communicates it to all officials concerned.
- Continuous improvement of the SMS.
- Change management and risk assessment processes.
- Manage all safety communications, safety meetings including the preparation for Safety Review Board and Safety Action Groups including the presentation and documenting the minutes of meeting.
- Development and support the maintenance of all associated safety documentation.
