THERMAL MANAGEMENT WORKLOAD DASHBOARD — Power BI, Python, SQL

Designed and delivered an automated reporting solution for the thermal management workstream, wherein a Python script fetches live Jira data — including ticket assignments and workload distribution across colleagues — exports it to Excel, and renders it in a Power BI dashboard. This tool enables the team to proactively identify capacity gaps and plan upcoming work to meet delivery timelines, and was demonstrated to our Germany counterparts as part of cross-regional.

• Modeling the data in SQL Server.
• Migrated all the pre-existing reporting solutions from Excel to Power BI
• Created Complex DAX queries by finding the closest alternative as to maintain consistency across new and original reports
• Immensely used DAX, Drilldown, drill-through pages, Bookmarks, what-if Parameters, forecast analytics.
• Conceptualized an agile framework for learning, development, and onboarding of New Employees for the people analytics team
