· Coordinate with online team and ensure the right quality at shopfloor.

· Responsible for raw material clearance time, tracking deviations & monthly reporting of the same.
· Clearing alternate raw material clearance for cost saving in structures & liquidating non-moving stocks.
· Customer complaint investigation, complaint sample analysis and maintaining customer complaint data.
· Taking care of raw material nonconformance during process and coordinating with suppliers for improvements.
· Did process control & monitoring as online QC inspector for 4 years which includes sampling and testing of process material and finished goods testing.
· Doing process validation, trial material handling & report preparation.
· Daily & monthly report preparation of deviations, new developments, saving due to process improvements.
· Support the internal quality auditor & QMS coordinator for HACCP & BRC systems including documentation.
