• Provisioning SAP/SRM system access to business/end users via
  GRC tool and maintenance of user profiles. Ensuring that all
  processes implemented are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Co-ordinating with Technical team and Business to resolve high
  priority tickets.
• Maintenance of HR Master data / updating onboarding details
  of employees in Production system.
• Resolving L2 support tickets by troubleshooting and providing
  solutions for errors in various modules including SD, FICO, HR, MM,
  Security.
• Ability to analyze Service requests, incidents or change requests
  and assign them to appropriate teams. Actively managing open
  incidents or service requests in SAP Support queue and ensuring
  detailed updates, follow up and resolution and closure.

  accounts and LOS creation.
• Sending bi-weekly SRM Workflow reports to business, auditors,
  concerned teams.
• Resolving L2 general issues and queries/ errors in SRM system,
  Shopping Cart, Purchase Order etc.

SAP CONCUR & AMEX :

• Assign Amex access for business users' travel and expenses, assign access for Expense approver/report approver through RSSA SharePoint submission. Review and authorize designated roles for employee assignment.
• Analyze user service tickets: errors in RTA submission, AMEX card transactions, and WBS codes. Assist business users in creating TAR/RTA for travel expenses meeting or exceeding company policy.
• Coordinate with Concur tech team and business users to resolve login issues: employee migration/new hire, vendor addition, assigned/unassigned cards, Request Approver, Expense Approver, Request Delegates, Expense Delegates, etc.
• Prepare AMEX Delinquency report for audit and payroll teams to ensure no outstanding payments for resignation process completion.

• AG011 Portugal ATCUD project: invoice and credit note creation, WBS creation, and material and customer creation under YBILLTIME CODE in the Q12 system using SAP Logon.
