Accomplishments

    While at Uptick Labs (BlockGemini), I had to fill in the shoes of Project Manager in the absence of one, while i had joined as a Scrum master. My implementation of Agile processes to record progress and map resource untilization, along with the integration of JIRA and confluence to track architectural and project cost based on sprint cycles, earned my a promotion with 6 months as a Technical Project Manager.

    My current work at HCL tech, as program lead for automating the Resource management and augmentaion by migrating it from legacy excels to centralised web networks and generating Power BI reports for the leadership and team realignment strategies within 5 months of joining the organization has earned me accolades and

    insight into the various possiblitites of automation and AI.
