- Our goal is to build line items and upload creative to GAM by pushing them through Sales Force to GAM and also manually setting them up.
- To confirm that the creatives are rendering on the anticipated landing page, we would conduct a deep like test before uploading them to GAM.
- In certain circumstances, we will also perform screenshot tasks, which aids the client in identifying that our creative is situated at the correct resolution and fits the screen appropriately.
- Manage QA cases in GAM that were handled by the client's end. Ensured that all parameters were correct both in line item and creative perspective.
- In order to ensure that the creative meets 11 parameters, such as audio bit rate, file size and others, we will verify it in the Ad validation tool.
- Policy QA will be performed on the creative and if there are any policy violations, we will DAYPART the creative based on the user/international specified time for that case.
- Ensuring that clients receive effective communication and professional relations on a daily basis for cases.
- Perform QA on all tasks that are handled by the trafficker
- Onboarding new tasks that the client assign.
- Two POD's: Top Account and Creative Swap, are our responsibilities. We work with clients who are highly sensitive and important and we communicate with them directly.
