• Developed SMART DIAGNOSTICS IN LARGE FORMAT PRINTERS: Automated diagnostics for the printer using
  C++ and TCL
  All the diagnostics were first manually sorted according to their requirement of manual intervention, a
  workflow was defined for the ones which did not require any manual intervention; enabling the printer
  to run it on its own and display the root cause of any of the errors
• Designed the ANALYZER TOOL: Created a multi-function UI using Python3, optimized for both Windows and
  Linux machines to deliver:
  - Diagnostics Package: Files are shared by customers whenever a printer behaves in an abnormal way.
  The tool decrypts these files and extracts the sessions and logs for analysis to deliver a snapshot of the
  errors occurring in the printer along with its details - the disk usage, firmware installed and the status of
  the licenses.
  - Seals Package: decrypts and extracts all the seal packages in a specific file.
  - Firmware Package: decrypts and extracts the firmware packages in the file.
• PRINTER HEALTH MONITOR: Working on printer diagnostics of HP personal and home printers. It includes UI
  development and working on API using C# and C++. Also working on telemetry data handling using json
  schemas.

Analysis of shared devices using Tableau software: Created a dashboard of the graphs of inventory of Tata
Steel Jamshedpur and Tata Steel Kalinganagar according to the area chiefs, storage locations, departments
and divisions.
