· Maintaining Security management like Firewall, SSL, Antivirus, CCTV monitoring.

· Conducting online examination and performing Network Load balancing, Analysis security risk, Provide technical assistance on hardware, software & network connectivity specification and Firewalls & instruction, detection system.

· Assisting in hardware, software Installation and maintenance of workstation like image ghosting windows XP/7/8, network equipment.

· Analyzing performance of the system and ensuring performance objective and availability of the requirements.

· Ensuring compatibility of the hardware and software of the system by determining it.

· Assisting team in resolution of hardware, software and system issues.

· Interacting with customers for understanding their requirements while assisting them for required services.

· Maintaining customer relationships to build the future perceptiveness by providing online problem solution.

· Managing network infrastructure, installation, migration and configured network client workstations, manage local and domain wide groups.
