  • Make sure maintaining the 100 % compliance check like DNH, Rehire check,3-way check, Parsing tool, CHR Check, Tier documents Resume Vs EAF checks in Abacus RM tool.
  • Performing the company tiering category basis will collect the documents and move forward.
  • If incase candidate does not have Tiering docs like PF / Form 16 and then we can go by alternate option called Bank statement Live validation. If required PF and Form 16 Live validation also done as per guidelines.
  • Actively participate in calibration session with Document Collection Team and Document Audit Team and share best practices and ensure they are in line with DBA process which help in reducing initial insufficiency.
  • I have handle end to end CAO to OA movement on lots of Rebadging on time to ensure noiseless delivery by understanding the Business Requirement and criticality in Abacus RM.
