  • As Project Owner, utilized Process Mining Tool & BPMN Modelling Tool ARIS to create as-is process flow for a Steel manufacturing Giant. Defined clients process & system landscape for Audit activity. Devised Organizational chart to identify Segregation of Duties in the Audit process through ARIS.
  • Identified bottleneck in Clients' Claims & Dispute Management System, by envisaging end-to-end Data Model through ARIS & Celonis. SLA breaches were at staggering 24% & it resulted in delay in customer payments leading to customer dissatisfaction as well as delay in Account Receivable for the organization.
  • Utilized Event-Driven Process Diagram & suggested automated process flow involving OCR which will check periodically in different channels & then upload the data into the ERP. It resulted in drastic decrease in SLA Breaches (now at 6%).
  • Is involved in multiple Digital Transformation & Process Mining projects involving P2P, Q2C &R2R functions where As project owner, is managing a team of 12 individuals with agile way of working.
