• A few examples of significant transactions where I have played lead roles: (i) successive private equity financing rounds in one of the largest education-technology companies, commencing from seed-stage financing till Series F investments; (ii) advised one of the largest listed global technology corporations (headquartered in the USA) on their multiple acquisitions in India, over the course of several years, a few of which have been among the largest acquisitions in the Indian technology space; (iii) private equity investments and founder exits from one of the largest hospital and healthcare chains in Asia; (iv) advising one of the largest media and entertainment houses in their ongoing acquisition of a well-known media production and distribution company in India, including advising on financing of the acquisition; (v) advising the acquirer on their ongoing acquisition of one of the largest food distribution chains in India, including advising on the structuring of the acquisition; (vi) advising and mentoring numerous start-ups, commencing from their initial incorporation through early and later stage funding and exit events, structuring their business entities.

I like to indulge in my passion for automobiles. In addition to regularly undertaking road trips whenever time permits, I am also an avid lover of music, across genres as eclectic and diverse as Indian classical and folk music, and western country and blues music.
