Development & Release -

• Anchored the Agile - Scrum model of software development. Conducted all the scrum ceremonies single handedly, ensuring smooth running of the project.
• Single point of contact for the internal teams & external stakeholders. Managed and communicated effectively with team of 12-15 people aligning them on the next steps & ensuring all are progressing efficiently without any blockers.
