• Currently handling data center projects for a value of more than 250 crores. Scope: Gensets (24 x 3.5 MVA and 2 x 2.25 MVA), bulk oil storage (8 x 90 KL) system with automation, and civil construction (HSD yard pits).
• Successfully delivered an end-to-end project execution of 10 x 3.5 MVA DG sets at AdaniConnex (Google Data Center), Noida (Phase I), on time and within budget, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, and secured repeat orders from the customer.
• Secured a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in HSE compliance among all MEP partners for the financial year 2024-2025.
• Vast experience in managing projects with budgets ranging from 1 crore to 250 crores, and team sizes of up to 16 members.

• Led and managed multiple complex and milestone projects, which include the Delhi Airport extension. of Terminal-I, and Atal Tunnel Rohtang.
• Implemented a specific communication strategy, resulting in better stakeholder alignment for project progress.
• Contributed to the development and implementation of project management best practices within the organization to improve project efficiency.

• Led multiple Projects and managed the team of Project Engineers working at customer project sites.
• Developed and maintained comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Successfully managed customer relationships and vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and adherence to contractual agreements.

• On-site project management for the execution of projects, including gensets up to 3 MVA, solar power plants up to 40 MW, and EPC projects.

• EPC of electrical installations, including panels, at Sify Data Center, Noida.
• 40 MW PPC solar power plant at Bap, Phalodi, Rajasthan.
• Genset installation projects up to 11 kV at multiple locations of Tata Steel Ltd.

• Hands-on experience managing multiple Genset installation projects in association with OEMs and dealers of Caterpillar, Inc. and Cummins India Ltd.

• Site management of internal and external electrical installations, including cabling, earthing, wiring for lights, lighting poles, electrical panels, switch yards, DG sets, FAS, and integration with BMS at various commercial and industrial projects up to 11 kV. Project names: Fitness First, Mega Mall, Mumbai, and KS Oils Ltd, Guna.
• Handling a team of 4 site supervisors and 115 laborers at the site.

• Launching products in Northern region, and expanding market presence with new clients.
