  • Leading business analysis activity on centralizing the Standing Instruction System by upskilling one team to receive, interpret, translate, transpose, and disseminate the requirements to the team that will code the complex system. This eliminated chances of OREs due to more team involvement and reducing efforts to 30 percent compared to before.
  • Developing comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and a risk assessment framework for ISO 20022 Cash Migration and Digital Asset Custody, facilitating account opening and maintenance APIs to support the above.
  • Preparing process maps that adhere to KPIs and metrics using ThoughtSpot, which highlights the usability of new features added, and tracks failures and errors. This helped identify, research, and fix 15+ failures, which caused 111 forms to be recreated, losing time and effort in the process. The rework and rejections were reduced to zero post-release.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a Change Intake Form that registers all changes, and a Project Register to further create a space to monitor the project lifecycle until its completion or cancellation. Built on the Power Platform, running tests to ensure the tool has no redundant questions, and is user-friendly.
  • Prepared detailed documentation, including a risk assessment raised on ServiceNow (SNOW) for the ETL solution with Xceptor (data automation platform), facilitating adoption through training, and maintaining an issue log to collect evidence of issues in the process. The movement to Xceptor reduced the manual efforts to approximately 30 percent for the team.
  • Performed a gap analysis between the existing and the desired state, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement for Global Onboarding Orchestration, an account opening platform created on Angular, TypeScript, and Java Spring Boot (APIs). Created entitlements identifying 40-plus groups to set them up with their respective LOBs.
  • Developed and executed a comprehensive product strategy, and digitized the market onboarding process to establish a connected eco-network across sub-custodians. Set up markets on the Global Onboarding Platform: omnibus, new segregated, existing segregated, documented, non-documented, etc.
  • Facilitated regulatory project on proxy voting services and Tradesuite ID.
  • Created entitlements, client setups, and replaced workflows with shorter ones, introducing APIs wherever feasible.
  • Developed high-quality documentation to support training efforts in both written and video formats.
