1.Revamping of Ice cream, KCMMF Developed and proposed Idea of centralized production and marketing of Ice cream by federation. The project aims to unify the quality and to introduce new variants in ice cream. This project gives a new face for Ice cream.
2. Q- Lacta , An online platform for direct Milk selling with farmer,s as the company employee's. It is a system to replace the existing society pattern and the project is a farmer centric with direct marketing prototype.
