1.CURRENT PROJECT - Transportation(MLEU) - 3.8 years

PROJECT DESCRIPTION - Currently I am working on the Tolling system application as a Java Application Development and Maintenance Associate.

SCENARIOS HANDLED:

• Database migration from Oracle to MySQ Tools used: AWS Schema Conversion tool and understand the database structure
• Minor service Implementions on several modules in Java, Unit testing either locally and UAT environment and understand the functional flow of the project. Tools used - Eclipse IDE, Postman
• Project migrated to AWS cloud, Got an opportunity to learn about AWS Lambda functions, AWS Cloud Watch Log, AWS S3 and handled few scenarios for Debugging/testing purposes. Tools used - AWS
• Handled L2/L3 Support activities in the project
• Tolling is all about transactions - Handling in high level End to End transaction flow monitoring from Roadside to Back Office System and notify team on time either in Business/Off Business hours.
• Handled on debugging Perl scripts which is running on a scheduled task as a CRON jobs. Took the initiative and try to debug the Perl code and created design document to convert it into Java batch jobs.
• Handled UNIX/LINUX commands in putty to Start and stop the services in case of Emergency. Tools used - Putty, WinSCP
• Connecting with System administration team during all OS upgradation patching activity in place of the Application team and start, stop the application and monitor the flow and Application functionality on post upgradation and intimate team on time if any impact.
• Impact and RCA analysis for any major transaction impact and inform proactively to Onsite/ Client.
• Preparing KEDB articles for all the repetitive tasks and guide team to follow the process for project improvement.
• Worked on Service now ticketing tool and resolve all the tickets assigned on time without major SLA breach.
• Management activities- Handled daily status call and collect the individual status and placed in the sharepath for effort tracking purposes, Prepared QOS documents for the Project and attended Ticket Quality Audit meetings and keep the team informed about the feedback to improve project quality in Ticketing.

2. INITIAL PROJECT - Logistics (MLEU) - 1 year

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is basically related to logistics of

vehicles through Ships. Initially, as a Programmer Analyst trainee in Cognizant,

I worked as an Application Support and Enhancement associate.

SCENARIOS HANDLED:

• Monitoring application via daily inbound and outbound data from the end to end application. Tools used - Citrix receiver VDI
• Monitored the logs to improve the performance of the application by processing the data issues and fix. Tools used - Splunk
• Handled DDL,DML SQL queries by connecting the servers through the interface application. Tools used - AS400.
• Handled and resolved daily client requests through tickets. Tools used - ServiceDesk.
