Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a culture of quality accountability across regional teams, ensuring adherence to standards at all levels.
• Design, implement, and oversee an integrated quality management system for projects across the region, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Set and standardize quality criteria for raw materials, construction methods, and workmanship, ensuring full compliance with IS codes, NBC, and project specifications.
• Oversee comprehensive inspections throughout all phases of construction, with an emphasis on civil and finishing works, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained.
• Lead regular QA/QC training programs for internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a uniform understanding and application of quality standards.
• Manage internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and site compliance checks to meet industry standards and contractual obligations.
• Create, approve, and standardize QA/QC plans, checklists, SOPs, and inspection protocols tailored to project needs across the region.
• Identify site-level quality issues, and implement corrective actions promptly, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Jayabheri Pinnacle: A 432-unit ultra-luxurious residential community of 3 and 4 BHKs, with 2 high-rise towers that have 4 basements, 1 silt, and 55 floors in Kokapet.
• Jayabheri Sahasra: 966 lavish residential community of 2 and 3 BHK with 07 high-rise towers has 1B, silt, and 28F at Wipro Circle Road.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and create a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch, ensuring full alignment with ISO standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement structured internal and external audits of processes and product deliverables, ensuring compliance, and risk mitigation through actionable insights.
• Identify latent risks in materials, methodologies, and workflows, and create preventive strategies to eliminate non-conformities and project-critical gaps.
• Develop and create Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), SOPs, and checklists from scratch, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Create and implement a system for overseeing equipment calibration and materials testing across all sites, ensuring accuracy and traceability of results.
• Develop and monitor quality control standards in line with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring consistent adherence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create a robust system to identify, document, and resolve non-conformities through timely NCR issuance, and corrective action plans.
• Implement and monitor thorough documentation practices for audits, inspections, test results, and corrective actions, ensuring traceability and compliance.
