As an Process Commissioning supervisor, Lead Control Room Operator, lead the team to operate Oil/Gas Facilities, Offshore Platform, Early Production Facilities, Temporary Production Facilities in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the company's production target. Ensure all the operations are complied to the company operating procedures and HSE policy. I believe my Engineering qualification & multi country work experience will make me a competitive candidate to this position.

• Carrying out of pre commissioning activities like, Leak and Pressure Test Perform Witness, Equipment Inspection, Flushing, Chemical, Mechanical Cleaning Perform Witness, Temporary Screens, Strainers and Blinds Perform Witness, Purging and Inserting Perform Witness, Drying out Perform Witness, Instrumentation Verification Perform Witness.
• Overseeing all areas of the plant and commissioning new equipment, regularly attend the meeting regarding the Safety, Environmental and Production targets in all fields as well as trouble shooting. Sampling and placing of work orders.
• Gas testing, chemical handling, confined space entry and atmospheric monitoring.
• Responsible for the successful commissioning of the three phases and two phase separator, Crude Oil storage tanks, Boilers.
• Commissioning and operation of actuators, regulators, petitioners, control systems, pipes, filters, relief valves, temperature and PH control, dual stage pressure drop designs, instrument air to gas conversion skids. Carried out piping and process commissioning sour process platform, perform piping leak test activities, operation test plan. Etc

• Inspection and operation of Christmas tree and flow line check up for leaks.
• Changing or Adjusting of choke to regulate flow and to give back pressure to reservoir.
• Observe the annulus pressure build up & Annulus pressure bleeding operations.
• Well activation and Optimization of gas injection wells and well head panel board operation.
• Well equalization in case of SCSSV unable to open because of high shut in pressure and operation of SSV.
• Pig launching and Pig receiving activities.
• Testing and maintaining the unmanned well head platforms.
• Shut down and normalizing the wells through Pneumatic Control Panel board namely Baker and Autocone.
• SCSSSV, SSV &Safomatic safety valve operation and Storm choke operation.
• Methanol injection in wells flow lines to prevent Hydrates formation.
• Hand over the wells to Rig and giving ESD connection.
• Making wells ready for Acidisation, Reservoir and Wire line jobs.

• Check Panel board Supply Pressure and Control Pressure.
• Charging and checking ESD Pressure.
• Checking for 60% LEL & H2S actuation and Low Hydraulic control Pressure.
• Checking PSHL position of all main lines XSDV. Checking Hydraulic oil level in tank.
• Operations of Primary and Startup hydraulic pumps.
• Open the wells through SSSV & SSV.
• Observe SSSV hydraulic Pressure, SSV Pneumatic Pressure and PSHL position of individual wells.

• Operation and control of well through different Headers for optimum production. 011 Manifolds, Gas lift Manifolds, Surge Tanks, Separators (Two Phase/Three Phase), Dehydration Tanks, Water disposal Pumps, Crude Transfer Pumps, Chemical Injection, Gas 1 Oil Line Pigging Operations, Well Testing, etc.
• Gas Compressors, Inter-Stage Scrubber, gas Treatment, Glycol Contractors, Glycol Regeneration Unit, Gas Exports, Routing Sampling of Oil, Gas, Glycol and Condensate. Isolation and de-isolation of equipments, Vessels and tanks for maintenance. Familiar with work permit systems, Gas Testing, Mechanical and Electrical isolation Procedures and Co-ordination with maintenance Crew, Trouble shooting, Reporting, handled Station Capacity 40,000 BBLS/Day Oil and 1 MM3/Day Gas.

• Handling of all types of control system. Pneumatic controls, SCADA systems, distribute control system (DCS),Siemens Simatic Pcs 7,Honeywell,Allen Bradley PLC. All control valves like LCV, ILCV, FCV, and TCV And motor operated valves (MOV), remote operated valves (ROV), and gas detectors. All solenoid valve operations and pilot operated safety valve, field’s local systems. All transmitter like level transmitter, pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter and turbo meter.
• Start up Operation, Shut down operation, normal routine operation, Emergency shutdown philosophy. Maintenance override under PTW. Daily Production report, Shift Handover report.
