• Online troubleshooting regarding process defect and quality issues.
• Manpower Handling and Manpower Allocation as per lines. Also motivating regarding process improvement.
• Managing and improving production process to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency.
• To achieve daily timely production as per schedule.
• Supervising all production phases including assembly, testing and Packaging.
• Guiding & monitoring operators when doing wrong process while assembling.
• Driving daily production activities with effective communication and leadership.
• More focus on especially Key station (Critical Stations) of assembly & Testing Line.
