• Doing floor management system (PDCA)
• 5S activity doing with team Lean activity.
• CCTV surveillance maintain recording more than 30 days
• Safety training conducted every month with internal staff
• Project has completed material receipt to Dispatch.

. Good knowledge of IBM & Lenovo laptop troubleshoots & part replacement.

. Follow up with customer after call logged.

. Attend onsite call

. Troubleshoot problem & fix the part if requirement.

. Maintain the MIS data.

. Generation of reports on Excel and slide in Power Point.

. Handle RMA transaction & keeping record of RMA of manner.

. Maintain Customer feedback survey as per company policy

. Basic knowledge of Topology and TCP/ IP Networking
