I started my internship at Iconic because of a friend of mine , he was also working here . I worked as a junior employee and worked my way up . My responsibilities were to handle the marketing part of the company with all the social media handles covered and advertising . It was quite a bit hectic but rewarding at the same time . They offered me a permanent spot with the tag of senior employee and I could not refuse . After Covid hit , everything was online and I continued doing my work till I thought it was time for my own business and that's when I started my "LEAN X" .

I worked in the finance sector handling the " in's and out's " of the R & D department . My responsibilities were to make spreadsheets and excel report on our company's expenditure in the specific months and find a possible way to maximize profit . It was one of the most fun part of the company for me who is truly a tech geek . I worked on many international projects with my mentor " RAVI CHANDRA " who is senior VP of IBM . I got the experience of my lifetime and the best internship I could ask for .

My responsibilities as a sales executive were to have the most number of sales whether it be through phone or through person . I am a confident person to be honest so selling items and communicating the right information to the customer was pretty easy and I was making quick sales . After the 2 months , I was appointed as a senior sales executive because of my sales number and passion . I think I deserved it because I worked really hard for those 2 months . In the third month , not only I was doing sales but also teaching new staff " how to sell " . It was really fun
