A backend system that allows users to create and manage customer support tickets, with AI-powered triage to automatically classify priority, category, sentiment, and draft replies. Built with Java, Spring MVC, and PostgreSQL, deployed via Docker.
- Ticket lifeCycle management with enforced status wokflow: OPEN >’ TRIAGED >’ RESPONDED >’ CLOSED.
- JWT-based user authentication with BCrypt password hashing.
- AI ticket triage that returns category, priority, tags, sentiment, summary, and a suggested reply draft.
- Full AI run logging (success and failure) for every triage attempt.
