Invoice Management System (IMS)

IMS allows users to create, edit/cancel and approve invoices and credit notes. It is crafted to cater the business requirements of a vast pool of customers. It has an inbuilt GST tax automation for India locations and an Avalara integrated tax logic for US locations. It has provision to post invoices on the E-invoice portal. IMS provides various invoice formats like T&M, FP, Non-linear, fortnight billing etc. in order to meet different business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• To gather requirement from users, do a through impact analysis, and prepare FRD for sprints
• To design and plan DB and object level solutions for features
• Provide estimations and user stories
• Organize daily scrums, code review, co-ordinate with different teams in case of multi-team feature implementation
• Code implementation, unit testing and bug fixing
• To organize UAT sessions with users and get proper sign offs.
• Ongoing support to end users, in case of technical issues

Unbilled Unearned Tracking System (UBUE)

UBUE system is used track the billing and revenue booking against it. Project level accrual and invoice amounts is maintained by the system. It mainly comes in picture in case of advanced invoicing and deferred invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• To gather requirements for enhancements in the system.
• To provide user stories and estimations after a through Impact analysis
• Plan, design and develop the changes
• Unit testing and bug fixing
• Organize UATs and get appropriate sign offs from stake holders
• SSRS reports implementation
• Ongoing support to end users, in case of technical issues

Project Portfolio and Management (PPM) - Oracle FUSION

PPM is module in Oracle FUSION, which deals with the project management and planning. Right from opportunity creation, estimation

to resource allocation and/or milestone creation, PPM handles every stage in detailed precision.

Responsibilities:

• To gather requirements from users, and existing system and provide it to EY, in detailed functional and technical documents.
• Design and analysis of chain management as per new system
• Identify and implement process changes
• Learned the configurations of entities in PPM
• Data migration from existing system to FUSION
• Was a part of Integration planning and development to fetch data from PPM to provide input to legacy systems

Monthly Billing System (MBS):

MBS uses allocations data, rate rules and milestone details as input and calculates the billing and revenue for projects. It handles extremely complex business scenarios like advance invoicing, deferred invoicing and its month by month accrual.

• Coding
• Unit testing and bug fixing

Travel Management System (TMS):

TMS is used to raise business travel requests. It is an end-to-end solution, right from raising a visa request to expense reimbursement. It has a CODA system, which is a detailed algorithm to direct the travel requests to appropriate approval/s, depending on factors like domestic/international, date of request, reimbursable etc.
