With over 34 years of extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including engine and turbocharger manufacturing, lean manufacturing processes, greenfield project management, KPI improvement, procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and the Theory of Constraints (TOC), I currently serve as Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain Management at Everest Industries. Leading a team of 250 white-collar professionals and 1200 blue-collar unionized workers across 9 plants in India. Previously, as Supply Chain Director in the Turbo and Engine business, Was Leading teams of plant managers and senior leaders. We have successfully implemented the Synchronized Business Planning process for the Turbo business in collaboration with the Oliver Wight team. My strength's are strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a track record of empowering both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
