Started off as a Process Associate at Genpact and currently working as a
Quality Analyst. Over the course of time I have developed a keen eye for
process improvement, a strong background in quality consistency and a
solid understanding of process improvement methodologies.
I’m a self-motivated person and a team player. I can ensure the completion
of my projects to meet the stipulated delivery time with respective reports,
observations and findings to enhance work quality.
