• Maintaining and publishing the Daily and Weekly MIS on a daily basis for Mumbai.
• Fresh checking of files and co-originating queries with the sales manager.
• Login for Loan Application.
• Checking the details and banking/credit history of the loan applicants.
• Ensure all mandatory information is filled out appropriately, with a clear photograph and signatures of the loan applicant on the loan application form.
• Ensure all documents provided are valid as of the date of the loan application.
• Standard procedure to maintain a record of the loan applications.
• Timely processing of the proposals, as per TAT.
• Preparation of Rating Tool and Financials.
• Preparing of Draft CAM
• Dedupe - Consumer CIBIL, Commercial CIBIL, RAMP check, CRIME check, POSIDEX, CRILIC, CA check, GST check, UCIC/RADC check, CRILIC, Risk Rating Tool, Reject Repository, EPFO, Google check, RBL Director checks, Probe, MCA, CERSAI check, Hunter check, FCU check, URC check, RBL Defaulter list check, Indian Kanoon check. Etc.
• Update MIS – Rejection, Monthly Provisions, Login MIS.
• Initiate the legal and technical processes of the property, and follow up.
• Finford Initiation, Initiation of Hunter, and FCU.

Credit Processing Associate - Business Credit Group (MSME).

• Login loan files for processing.
• Process bank loans, including KYC of clients, and various statutory forms.
• Analyzing financials and obtaining knowledge of the business in regard to various working capital facilities and term loans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager: CMA preparation, stock statement analysis, bank statement analysis, and reports generation (CRILC, Perfios, etc.).
• Preparing MIS for daily reporting.
• Basic knowledge of preparing a proposal note.

• Accounting
• Handling of ROC Work.
• Handling and registration of PTEC and PTRC work.
• Recording Entries in Tally ERP 9.
• Coordinate with clients via calls or emails regarding data and clearance of suspenses.
• Filing of Individual ITRs from the Income Tax Website.
• Basic understanding of Winman software for filing ITR for businesses and firms.
