  • Along with project work I have isolated several probiotics strain against pathogenic microbe.
  • All these strains were identified by colony morphology, Biochemical test and 16s rRNA analysis.
  • Above strain has been selected and taken for hatchery trials.
  • Achievement: Selected probiotics showed good result in reducing vibrio load and maintaining water quality parameter.
  • Regular visit at farm makes good relation with farmers.
