Project : Windows Team (AWS support)

• Working with global customers on critical issues with AWS Services EC2, S3, VPC, Systems Manager, IAM, MGN, DRS.

• Performing troubleshooting on EC2 instances and Autoscaling resources.

• Assisting customers for customized and native monitoring solutions using AWS CloudWatch.

• Providing patching solutions and configuring Patch policy for any organization using Systems Manager.

• Building automation documents in YAML/JSON using Systems Manager and scheduling for critical tasks.

• Assisting global customers for On-Prem to Cloud Migration and Disaster Recovery setup using AWS services.

• Assisting customers for performance optimization issues and OS networking issues using Sysinternal tools.

• Assisting customers for all kind of Windows OS issues and multiple protocols like DNS, DHCP, SMB, TCP/IP, DFS, Dierctory Services, Remote Desktop.

• Bug detection in current services and documentation correction in public AWS articles.

Project – Internal Infrastructure Team

• Working on Windows enterprise architecture and standards to build, manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems

• Extensive troubleshooting on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, SMB and other Windows components.

• Responsibility to manage monthly patching of windows devices through SCCM and internal backups of VMs.

• Working with Networking team on different Networking protocols and finding RCA using Network Monitor tools.

• Management and troubleshooting of Virtual machines hosted on VMware and Hyper-V

• Working experience on Symantec Antivirus Server.

• Managing creation, renewal of SSL certificates

• Inventory management and co-ordination with regional POCs globally

Project - Microsoft

• Deep knowledge of Wintel Platform and windows Networking Infrastructure (Domain, DNS, DHCP)

• Installation, configuration, Maintenance and planning of AD, DNS & DHCP Servers

• Experience on Windows Networking Protocols like TCP/IP, SMB with Network Monitoring tools (NETMON, WIRESHARK).

• Working knowledge of Active Directory, AD forest, Domain, Group Policy, OUs etc

• Experience in troubleshooting Windows File sharing technologies SMB, DFS, FTP.

• Experience in the Windows Remote access technologies VPN, Direct Access, Wireless etc.

• Experience in Windows Virtualization platform Hyper-V

Project - Cummins Inc.

• Installation, configuration of Windows Server and client operating systems

• Installing, configuring & Maintaining ADS, DNS & DHCP Servers Installations, Upgrade and Maintenance of Applications

• Installing & configuring Active Directory & creating users & group, Assigning Sharing & security Permission to Respective Users
