· Formulate, Design & Organizing trainings as per Monthly plan & also organized need-based training program.

· To give all team leaders their responsibility for the day & take review by EOD of all the activity from team leaders.

· Preparation and implementation of Site-specific On-Site Emergency Plan along with safety officer.

· Closing of External and Internal Audit Non-compliance at site.

· Review MIS Report prepared by site team and circulate to all team members and HO.

· Review Monthly Performance Report and share same with HO members.

· Find out and Reporting Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition & Near miss and then reduces for same as suggested CAPA & RCA with support of safety officer.

· Review Mock drill, Safety Committee Meeting and organize promotional activity at site.

· To manage site head during maintenance at site location / Safety walk

/Safety Audit in daily / Weekly / Monthly.

· To make the 3rd party contractor site lead aware about the challenges & their role in O&M of site.

· To give all site team training regarding O&M/ safety.

· To manage over all O&M & keep track of all internal & external issues at site level & clear same as & when it rises.

· To lead & collaborate 3rd party engineers & helper team to give maximum output.

· To maintain costumer relation with proper presentation skills & showcase our strength to get timely dues.

· To make a schedule of AM & PM to avoid any possible breakdowns.

· To attend emergency breakdowns ASAP to reduce any downtime & generation loss.
