● Wireless one tool is used for troubleshooting purpose such as packet drops, latency, and RF device different issue with the help of same we can take proactive action against customer services get impacted. We can monitor BH utilization and accordingly we can take up with our wireless engineering for Backhaul Augmentation which helps to improve the performance of wireless network

● RFM and RFS process of base station and accordingly we will migrate customer from base station to another base station customer on sector and different alarm which is used for improve.
