Comcast is an American global telecommunication company. The firm has been providing terrible customer service. They continue to fall short despite repeated promises to improve. The authority fined them a $2.3 million, after receiving over 1000 consumer complaints.
Objective : To pin down what is wrong with Comcast's customer service.

Analysis Task:

• Provide trend chart for the number of complaints at monthly and daily granularity levels.
• Provide a table with frequency of complaint types.
• Provide state wise status of complaints in a stacked bar chart. Use the categorized variable from Q3. Provide insights on: Which state has the maximum complaints. Which state has the highest percentage of unresolved complaints.
• Provide the percentage of complaints resolved till date, which were received through the Internet and customer care calls.
• Led projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Objective: Reduce the time a Mercedes-Benz spends on the test bench.

Tasks performed:

• Analysis of the dataset.
• Applied label encoder for categorical values.
• Performed dimensionality reduction to reduce the time complexity and use only significant feature set.
• Deployed a model.
• Predicted model score using XGBoost.

Aim of the project : Make a machine learning model to predict Heart Attack.

Description: Using various features and observation of body conditions such as age ,blood sugar ,gender etc. and make a classification model for prediction of possibility of Heart Attack and take required action as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Performed analysis on dataset ,visualize data and gather insights about dataset.
• Transformed raw data to conform to assumptions of machine learning algorithm.

• Logistic Regression
• Decision Tree
• SVM
• Random Forest Classifier

Result :

Achieved accuracy of 83% while testing the model.
