Roles & Responsibilities:

On the old project:-

  • collect the customer list and pending payment details from the Admin.
  • Collecting the handover documents from the licensing team.
  • Making the schedule for payment collection and handing over the documents at the time of payment collection.
  • Intimating the customer regarding any issues on the site.

On the new project:

  • Prepare and maintain the ISO documents for all individual customers (including contract agreement signing, work order and operational agreement copy collection, and handover documents).
  • Communication with the marketing team to get the terms agreed upon with the customer.
  • Interacting with the project team (Project Lead) and the purchase team (Purchase GM) to get the project and materials update.
  • Collecting the payment as per the payment schedule.
  • To collect the TDS and TCS certificates of all customers every three months from the invoice date.
  • Collecting the customer satisfaction report after completing the project.
  • Handover all documents to the customer after completing the commissioning of the project, including all TANGENGO-related documents (NFR, commissioning certificate, test report, CEIG-related documents).
  • Reconciliation of the ledger at the end of the month, quarter, or year, if required.
  • Maintaining a complete collection and due database.

On Operations and Maintenance:

  • Making of the O&M contract after the completion of the project and renewal based on the terms discussed with the customer.
  • Coordinating with the Admin Team for monthly, quarterly, and yearly invoices.
  • Collecting O&M contract payment from the customer.
  • Interacting with the O&M Manager to achieve customer commitments, like Gen.
  • Guarantee any pending work at the site.
  • Submitting the advance receipt to the customer and getting the acceptance for the same.
  • Conducting a customer satisfaction survey once every six months.
  • Reconciliation of the ledger at the end of the month, quarter, or year, if required by the admin or accounting team.
