- Analyze the defective/failed inspection report and do a root cause analysis to reduce the rejection by using 4M method
- Track supplier/factory performance review on the basis of inspection data
- Do a technical audit as per the given schedule, and be responsible for maintaining factory technical compliance, and also take care of product safety parameters
- Prepare a CAPA against any complaint, alert, or nonconformity
- Organizing the training calendar and giving training to the team as per the calendar
- Handling the fabric inspection process based on four-point inspection
- Involve in the R&D process, and give pattern corrections based on fabric shrinkage and size-set pieces
- Make a decision on the failed fabric, and also take a decision on the CSV marker based on the CSV fabric mockup
