Responsibilities:
Handling a Team of 12 people in three to four Shifts 24 hours
Shift Planning for the Team, Weekly
Ensuring the filling of the registers by the Team on timely basis
Ensuring updating of case forms by the Team on timely basis
Preparing Schedule of Daily Activities/Planning for the week/month
Activities with coordination with other Ngos on the station
Ensuring Weekly/Monthly meetings with Team
Training and Orientation with Team on various Sensitive issues SOP/JJ Act/
Ensure Monthly Meetings with the RPF/GRP/SD/SM
Ensure CHG (Child help group) Meetings on Monthly Basis
Ensure MTR/SD/ADRM monthly reports to be sent to ADRM/SD/SM/CIC/RPF on Monthly basis
Ensure Daily Case Reports to be sent to Child india Foundation
Ensure Protocols Related to SOP/JJ Act/ Are followed strictly with Concentration on quality of Cases
Ensure Vouchers submission by the team on monthly basis
Ensure Submission of Accounts to Accountant on Regular basis
Ensure Proper Document Submission Related to Grants To CIF
Ensure Proper Salary structure Maintained
Ensure A healthy environment in the Team for the smooth Functioning of the work
Ensuring A proper Coordination with the CWC/Shelter homes/by Proper Documentation
Ensuring Rapport build up with the stake holders/Vendors on the station
