• Driving independently the project to support Light Weighting initiatives in elevator, and metro segments, leveraging adhesive solutions, meeting the safety regulations as per global safety standards etc.
• Worked with various AOEMS identify pain points to specify 3M solution in Air Ventilated seats of passenger vehicle. This had a business impact of 1M$ both for adhesive and tape BU.
• Experience in working with flexible solar modular manufacturer and drive a spec-in with a business impact of 1 $M.
• Collaborated with various consultants and fabricators to work on construction projects like architectural panel bonding, glazing projects & interiors. Developed a unique bonding mechanism for laminate bonding leveraging 3M strengths in adhesive tapes that has transformed the segment significantly.
• Developed thin bonding solutions for FAST tag by working with ARAI & OEMs, & tier suppliers.
• Formulated strategies for application development framework creation and developmental processes.

• Collaborate with channels & converter partners in India to develop the process and applications in various market segments, creating value proposition and pencil selling tools.
• Manage the project to set up an innovation center in Mumbai, which spanned two years from design to execution.
• Periodic training to the Sales team, distributer & converters on the products and global application success, industry standards.
• Developed bonding solution for RFID tags of Statue of Unity. Also replicated this bonding solution for Shipping container tracking at various tolls to measure turnaround time within India.
• Application development for fire protection in HPCL for instrumentation cable against Hydrocarbon pool fire in new hydrogenation unit at Chembur. This resulted in business impact of 2 M$.
• Lead on a product development of new NPI Floor bonding water-based PSA for transportation market.
• Established a DIY soap dispensers bonding solution for India's premier FMCG company with VHB.This has 0.5 M $ impact.
• Drive specification for extreme sealing tapes with PEB structures. Successfully deployed it will all major AOEMS plants.
• Collaborate with Design team of largest appliance manufacturer to develop Glass door refrigerators and top load washing machine.
