• Better coordination and team work across cross functional team for proper planning to avoid breakdown and to minimize time to rectify .
• Responsible for compliance of ISO 9000/14001/18001 and various other audits etc.
• Manpower planning and ensuring all safety requirement.

Upgradation of KDP kiln from 6000 TPD to 7200 TPD @45% TSR @ 10 MW WHRS generation under a record time of 40 days ,

• Complete replacement of FLS cross bar cooler to IKEN cooler
• Extension of PC length by 17 m .
• Complete replacement of TAD ( 2.7 m DIA to 3.75 m) .
• Total 2600 MT of refractory .

• Responsible for Plant operation and Optimization .
• Responsible for all type of Process measurement (Heat balance, False air fan efficiency etc)
• Having experience of operating 12000 TPD Kiln.
• Responsible for all type of Shutdown Planning and Execution .

• Worked as CCR Operator
• Also responsible for all type of Procurement of material required for Shutdown .

• Joined the Organization as GET and completed the training Successfully .
• After Successful completion of training joined the CCR for operation of Ball Mill ( Cement mill and Raw mill)
• Having Knowledge of Ball mill optimization .
