• Engineering activities co-ordination towards implementation of VSC HVDC projects of +/- 525 kV 2GW VSC HVDC links for the following
• Lead Reviewer for Simulation studies (PSCAD) covering the BESS and renewable approach for integrating in VSC HVDC link

System Design Aspects, control & Protection, General requirements for HVDC, plant layout, Multiterminal and MTDC controls

• HVDC System Operation & control, Maintenance & Testing for HVDC control & protection system, valves & valve cooling, converter transformers & SCADA, Filters, High speed switches. (Protection testing of HVDC systems) at +/- 800 kV Transmission level
• Experience at +/- 800 kV HVDC transmission level for project execution, commissioning of 800 KV, 6 GW Northeast-Agra HVDC link , Raigarh-Pugalur 800 kV , 6 GW HVDC link.
• AC system Relay configuration, testing (test covering different numeric IEDs and line/transformer/Busbar protection) implementation on IEC 61850 Protocol , SCADA integration and testing, for AC switchyard at 400 /132 /33 kV level as well for LVS (low voltage switchgears)
• Carrying out works towards PLCC implementation for AC switchyard and dedicated Repeater stations for HVDC Telecommunication links (Server configuration and integration), AC PLCC implementation through dedicated panels from different OEMs.
• PMU (Phasor Measurement unit) installations and commissioning for data acquisition to load dispatch centers.
• Construction activities for switchgear equipment's for HVDC and HVAC, Installation, testing and commissioning of Converter Transformers, Reactors and ICTs (Interconnecting Transformers) at 800 KV HVDC and 400 kV AC switchyard. Testing of switchgears such as CT, CVT, LA, CB, Disconnector, Transformers, AC Filter, DC Filter, Valves (Thyristors), High speed switch (DC side), Further also works related to period Maintenance activities for all above switchgears.
• Engineering design and co-ordination for project execution for substation and Transmission line, design layout validation for HVAC Bays, construction, testing of AC bays and Reactors.
• Other substation activities for integration such as building management system, covering fire fighting, CCTV camera, HVAC system involving both hardware and SCADA integration scope.
• Simulation of HVDC system on RTDS and Opal RT, test cases evaluation.
• Implementation of test lab for carrying out simulation of IEC 61850 SAS controls, HVDC Control & protection and SCADA towards fault finding , carrying out training and other related activities.

• Involved is setting up of Power Transformer factory in kalwa(Mumbai)
• Knowledge transfer and know how of manufacturing for core, winding and electrical connection in SIEMENS China plant.
• Power Transformer Design and Manufacturing for high voltage applications and special application i.e traction transformers

• Power Transformer Manufacturing for high voltage applications at Assembly level i.e core, electrical connections, Vapour phase drying and assembly.
• Fault Analysis and diagnosis, carrying out studies in respect to drawing.
• Implementation of MOST for carrying out works in assembly area
• Implementation of Kaizen and six-sigma process.
