- Working as L2 Technical Support for IBM Spectrum Control (on-prem) and IBM Storage Insights (cloud), assisting enterprise clients with performance monitoring, capacity planning, and storage analytics.
- Handling end-to-end incident management, including log analysis, RCA (root cause analysis), and coordination with development teams for complex issues.
- Guided clients through the deployment and integration of IBM Storage Insights/Spectrum Control with their existing storage infrastructure (e.g., IBM SAN Volume Controller, DS8000, and FlashSystem).
- Assisting customers with the troubleshooting of IBM Copy Services Manager, managing replication policies, sessions, and disaster recovery setups.
- Working on the configuration of Metro Mirror, Global Mirror, FlashCopy, and Safeguarded Copy sessions across IBM Copy Service Manager.
- Documenting known issues, fixes, and best practices in knowledge base articles to support faster resolution, and improved customer experience.
- Collaborated with global support teams and product development to escalate unresolved cases and provide feedback for product enhancements.
- Supporting upgrade/migration activities for Spectrum Control with minimal business disruption. Providing mentorship and technical training for junior support engineers to improve team capabilities.
- Handling critical/escalated incidents (P1/P2 cases), ensuring timely communication and resolution for high-impact situations.
