• Led the entire user acquisition and retention vertical for the Yocket web & mobile App.
• Pivoted acquisition strategy to drive user acquisition via organic channels only by leveraging the study abroad resources, and achieved better conversions for the business funnel with Zero CAC
• Amped up day-7 user retention from 7-8% to 24% on mobile Apps. Created retention strategies majorly driven via app downloads by utilizing the organic website traffic, and by improving the App usage by activating the community by creating specific relevant groups
• Took over the conversion to premium and loan services vertical under my portfolio and implemented a cohort-based targeting strategy to exclusively promote both service lines without having to fight for product space.
• Conceptualized and developed numerous tools & features across verticals. To name a few: Admit Predictor, Global Search, College Finder, Loan Finder, Poll Creation, User feed algorithm, Chats, and Study Planner.

• Led the entire mobile app product development post-new tech-stack migration right from Identification of problems to final delivery
• Fixed UI/UX issues and revamped the entire design system to improve usability and got back the App's Store ratings from 3.9 to 4.3 stars with 15k reviews & 500k+ downloads
• Revamped the user onboarding and account creation flows for the entire website & mobile app to improve the funnel by 50%
• Set up the entire agile sprint delivery system for engineering on JIRA to manage the development & delivery lifecycle efficiently

• Led MVP release for first-ever Digital Home Loans for Axis Bank with 4 builder groups in Mumbai for CUG testing and its Scale up to 10 cities and 75 builder projects within 5 months of MVP launch
• Owned, and prioritized product backlog, got user stories groomed with IT service provider ThoughtWorks for development, and Oversaw UAT testing and planned production delivery for every sprint
• Liaised with cross-functional stakeholders such as business, UI/UX, risk/policy, credit and IT to gather requirements and solutionize them to optimize customer experience, meet stakeholder requirements and minimize development efforts
• Got developed tracking charts for customer drop-off funnel analysis, case-wise split for STP vs NSTP digital loan sanction, and optimization of troubleshooting for production support
