• Led team on collaborative case to derive carbon impact for one of the biggest investment funds from middle east with over 100+ investments

Carbon Fees and Internal Carbon Budgeting

• Designed from ground up, carbon budgeting system involving collaboration across 10+ different functional departments to manage and reduce carbon emissions
• Performed forecasting and modeling to determine financial viability of launching a carbon fees surcharge system and to determine carbon fees to be charged to clients

SBTi Target Setting

• Collaborated to successfully set emission reduction targets for Bain in accordance to Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)
• Influenced target development decisions by providing detailed analysis reports to forecast and model Bain's future pathway to achieve SBTi targets

Extra- curricular role as a Training Lead

• Coordinated with Bain offices across EMEA to establish new sustainability training program for Bain’s New Delhi ESG team
• Volunteered to performed role of designing and coordinating onboarding training plan for new hires for increased efficiency

Net Negative Carbon Initiative

• Performed peer benchmarking to launch Bain and Company's initiative which successfully established Bain as first major consulting firm to be Net-Negative Carbon
• Designed internal framework basis market research and industry best practices to enable purchases of only high-quality carbon offsets

• Accomplished high ESG ratings such as – Platinum in EcoVadis; A- in CDP in Bain and Company's major ESG submissions by enhancing quality of submissions

COVID-19 Internal Response Project

• Led project to track impact of COVID-19 across 60+ global locations with Bain offices through KPIs
• Built systems to process and to analyze data with 3x efficiency and reduced errors, instituting rigorous quality control checks.
