  • Arranged Project Funding with SWAMIH Fund unit of SBI Venture.
  • Capitalist Fund and made this loss making project feasible project in two years’ time.
  • Two high rise Towers of 14 storeys in each, Tower, Total 162 Flats.
  • Low rise 3 storeys with lift 88 flats on 22 plots of 240 sq yds each flat measuring 2040 sqft.
  • Could achieve the coverage as the covered area on the plots is in proportionate share of total FSI of the project.
  • The demand for High Rise and Low rise is increasing for the second phase as the project has come out very elegantly.
  • All 250 flats of First Phase Housing sold and funds realised 100 percent of total sales proceeds.
  • Currently Promoting Second Phase 400 Luxury Flats.
  • Also actively taking care of construction, interiors and Marketing activities of the project.
  • Completed 5,50,000 sq ft. built up area in first phase including EWS and Club House.
  • Occupation Certificate applied in April 2023.
